Jane is a local family-owned business. Our name is from the Huston family matriarch, whose picture is at the entrance. Her love of family, friends, and food drew us into the hospitality business. The Huston's met in cooking school. Food and romance have always been closely linked to our family business. Classically trained by European chefs and influenced by California's diverse food scene, Jane offers a combination of American Bistro with European influences.
