Events Giving Back
For the month of December, Jane will be collaborating with the Santa Barbara Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation. We will be donating $1 for every slice of our Famous Coconut Cake we sell during the month of December at both Jane in Santa Barbara and Jane at the Marketplace in Goleta.
The Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation’s Vision Statement is, “Be the lead agency to instill resilience in families experiencing pediatric cancer. The Dollar Impact of “your gift will support TBCF’s programs and enable future sustainability for the organization. As a result, furthering our mission of providing financial, emotional, and educational support to families of children with cancer living in Santa Barbara, Ventura, and San Luis Obispo counties.”

Celebrate New Years Eve with us at jane
New Year’s Eve jane will be offering a delicious Three Course Pre Set menu inspired by local ingredients and our Santa Barbara lifestyle. Some of our favorite dishes on this menu include the Local Organic Frisee and Radicchio Salad with Local Figs, Gorgonzola Cheese, Roast Almonds & Wildflower Honey & Cider Vinaigrette and the Grilled Duck Breast with Local Grapefruit, Grey Goose L’orange and Fresh Cranberries and The Rack of Lamb pairs beautifully with Local & Organic Ruby Chard, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Goat Cheese.

December Wine Focus is Bordeaux
Jane on State Street will be pouring “Bordeaux” Style flights this December. Now that there is a chill in the air we are getting cozy by lighting our fireplace and cuddling up to some elegant and velvety reds.

Flora Springs Cabernet Sauvignon
This is a warm and richly satisfying Cabernet that fills the mouth with flavors of black cherry, blackberry preserves, vanilla, brown butter & praline.
This Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc blend is alluring and sophisticated; it is memorably lush with a tapestry of smooth tannins and succulent flavors of wild berries, plum and anise.
Halter Ranch Synthesis Bordeaux Blend
Both red and black fruits and cassis dominate the nose, followed by flavors of black cherry and plums. Smooth and approachable, this wine is great on its own, but also pairs with virtually everything.
