Jane's Salad Bowls: Seared Ahi Tuna & Broiled Prawn Salad

Spring is in full bloom and we are loving it at Jane with our big fresh organic “Salad Bowls” we source all organic greens, tossed with grilled proteins such as local seafood, seasonal vegetables and house made dressings and vinaigrettes.

Staff Pick of the Month: Farmer's Market Salad with Grilled Salmon Shaved Fennel, Avocado, Bell Peppers, Tomatoes, Red Onions, Cucumbers, Organic Field Lettuces, French Feta, tossed in Lemon Vinaigrette & topped with Grilled Salmon.

“I love this salad because all of it’s fresh & seasonal toppings that pair beautifully with the grilled salmon and zesty lemon vinaigrette. It is light and healthy yet still so satisfying.” - Emma (Server)

When preparing for a trip, I usually focus on destinations first, but lately I’ve been paying more attention to how the experience is organized. While browsing luxury Morocco tours by Sun Trails, I noticed a different approach where the emphasis seems to be on flow and consistency throughout the journey. That made me rethink how important transitions between places actually are. A trip feels more enjoyable when everything connects naturally instead of feeling rushed or disjointed. It also made me realize that personalization can make a big difference in how comfortable and immersive a trip feels. Since then, I’ve been more selective in how I evaluate travel options.
